If you choose to post your application, we strongly recommend you to use registered mail or a reputable courier service. The Embassy can not be held responsible for applications or documents lost in transit.
Please note: The practice of Exchange/Replacement Passports has been discontinued. Therefore, if a passport holder wishes to change an aspect of his/her passport (e.g. the passport is damaged, there are no more visa pages left or a change of name on passport is required), a new passport must be applied for and the appropriate fee paid in full.
