Visa Appeals

In the event that your visa application is refused, you will be informed in writing of the refusal and the reason(s) for the decision.  You have 2 months from the date of the refusal letter to submit an appeal in writing with any supporting documentation.  The appeal should fully address all of the reasons for which your application was refused.

Appeals should be submitted to:

The Appeals Officer

Visa Office

Embassy of Ireland

Montpellier House

106 Brompton Road

Knightsbridge

London SW3 1JJ

You will be informed in writing of the outcome of your appeal.  You may only appeal the original decision once.  You may, however, lodge a new visa application at a later stage.
