Irish citizens getting married in Turkey should contact the Irish Embassy in London. We will forward your application to the Embassy of Ireland in Ankarra. The Embassy in Ankarra will issue the Certificate of Non-Impediment, but it must then be collected and brought to the Turkish Foreign Ministry in Ankarra for endorsement.
It is up to the applicant to arrange collection from the Embassy of Ireland in Ankarra once the Certificate is issued.
